MY APPEAL

Breast cancer is the most rampant one in women today. In India ignorance and lack of funds are two major reasons why these women do not get the right treatment at the right time.

Iam a part of this fund raising effort because with your help I hope to raise funds for the under privileged ladies who need our help and support. I survived this battle because I had the resources, millions of women don't.

Please contribute and help save those lives that may be lost if their treatment is not done at the right time.

Thank you !

ABOUT ME

I am Poonam Nanda, a breast cancer survivor twice over. I have been in the field of education for more than 3 decades. I know that millions of women in India find out that they have breast cancer very late in life and by then there is little hope of survival. I was lucky that I found out about my disease early enough. This was only because my awareness levels were high and my checkups were regular.

Today, I motivate and encourage women to go for their regular checkups. I speak to the men too because after all these women are an integral part of their lives too.
